Hey guys, just wanted to share this wheel & tire combination that I recently made. 285/70/17.
Used to have BFG AT2 285/75/16 and ride was stiffer, truck feels way more flexible with this new setup, and tires are amazing. Very much worth their price:thumbsup:

what your setup on suspension? any rubbing? have you flexed it? Also my cousin has had those tires on his jeep for about 40k miles, still has a good amount of tread left. Should last to 60k or so.

    Front setup includes:
    - Bilstein 5100's at "0" setting, 886 OME coils ( 2.5' lift )
    Rear Setup:
    - Trd Off road stock billies, will be adding in 5100's.

    Rubbing:
    - about 95-98% clearance. I did a trim on the cab mount, but did not chop it out completely. as well as removing mud flaps and trimming interior fender with a dremel.

Not sure what flexing would be.

Im in love with the tires! They are just something else, hope to have them for a long time!

    ***UPDATE***

So after having these tires for about a month, I have felt/seen a significant decrease in MPG. Im getting 200-210 miles
out of the tank before the low fuel light comes on.. Used to get 220-230 from 285/75/16 BFG AT's..

Taking into consideration odometer tolerance with the new rims and tires. I did a 5-7% from the 225 miles I got on my last tank. I filled her up with about 18 gallons or so, did the division and got about 12.9 MPG, would get about 13-14 with other set of tires and rims, so not that far off as originally thought.
