    Just dropped off my box of Christmas goodies at USPS for family in Wisconsin. That box happened to contain a shaker each of the regular and spicy Pitfaced :D

    Since this will be my 1st brisket I will go full Spicy Meat Massage on this thing. Looking forward to trying to smoke brisket and will post pics if it turns out any good. :cool:

    Split a whole chicken, half with my go to rub and the other half with Pitfaced rub. Its pretty cold here so I bet its going to take longer to get to temps. Im trying not to open up the smoker much except to turn the chicken and add some chips at the same time.

    I had to finish it on the grill as the outside temp was cold and slowing down my cook time. I didnt get a done pic as I was trying to get the chicken cooked. but I think as far as the rub goes I like yours for chicken. Most of the chicken got devoured between three of us so I'd say it went well.

    Exciting news - @tubbsisland has given us our first break in the retail world by putting Meat Massage and Spicy Meat Massage on the shelf at his BBQ Island stores! This picture was my early Christmas present:

    Incredibly exciting opportunity that I am so grateful for. Yet another way this community has come up huge for Pitfaced BBQ. Looking forward to seeing how it does on the shelf! Fingers crossed for ongoing success. Thanks again to @tubbsisland. It's surreal seeing our product on the shelf standing shoulder to shoulder with some of the other guys.

    Only our first go at it but happy so far. Nice and crispy with only a light spray of olive oil. Ours is smaller so you're limited on how many you can do at a time. Rub flavoring came through nicely.
    My wife loves kitchen gadgets.
