Second this. I’ve taken my stock truck to hidden falls, Black gap? in big bend, and elephant hill road in canyonlands natl park. All you need is a spotter you trust, an understanding that it’s a truck and not sports car so it’s fine if it gets a scratch or two, and maybe just a tad of a “f*** it” mentality

Im pretty sure im gonna be in on this... my only question would be is are my rocker panels going to be okay if i dont have any sliders? From everything ive read its going to be maintained dirt roads so im thinking i should be good to go.. just curious if others have done this route before and what i can expect. Im planning on bringing my 2wd

    Any feedback anyone?

Also, is coffee and cars in SA going to be on the 13th this month?

So Colorado is totally worth a road trip! Lots of off road adventure right off the beaten path. I haven't had a lot of service or battery to keep up with this thread but tonight I have both and wanted to share a couple pics with you guys!

    Enjoy

Fun fact, in the head-on snow shot you can see in the background where I slid around the corner a little too fast and skid into the snow bank. I was in 2WD and ended up getting stuck with snow about a third of the way up the passenger side. Locker saved me from shoveling but it took about 20 minutes to unstick myself.

Robert, don't think you will need to worry about sliders on this run the only concerns I will have are some of the water crossings. I still need to check out some more of the route and plan for a little longer drive if the first half goes quickly.

    CnC is on the 13th.

Kind of unplugged myself for a few days there and now I'm woefully behind. Hope everyone had a great holiday!

Sounds good buddy! Im planning on doing the rear diff breather mod in the next week or so, so that should be right on time for the run.
