    Ours have been doing fine without heat. Eating a ton of food. We give them all they want. Cold weather burns a ton of calories.

    Good morning.

    -10 degrees here.
    I didn't win through lottery, so it' back to work tomorrow.
    We used to have chickens and rabbits. We had a heat lamp for the chickens. Chicken never went out side much in winter. Only time we lost anything was if door was left open. They could handle the cold, not the wind.

    Did you say there was a significance for the #23?

    Lisa made some chicken in a bowl yesterday and it was great! Best chicken noodle I've ever had. She made it with Reames frozen egg noodles. They are thicker and have some texture. The recipe was on the package. I can post link if anyone interested.
