    Lift kit
After installing lift kit and new springs(2 years ago) my truck is fine with a heavy load, but without it, the back is too "light". In ice and snow Im skidding all over..have 6 sand bags in there, but wondering if theres a better way to even out the weight?????

    Welcome!

If you can describe what lift was installed, we could assist with a recommendation.

Welcome to TW! Are you not 4x4? A tire upgrade would help.

sounds like you need more sand bags if you've got nothing else. if it's an ongoing problem then look into better tires. but if weight distribution is your problem, then adding bed load is the solution in a pickup.

also just realized if you're bouncing a lot back there then you may also look into softening the suspension but that's a longer term and more expensive solution. happy New year

Welcome to TW. What kind of air pressure are you running? It's -33C here so I purposely increase air pressure to compensate. I've got the same tires & absolutely no problems here.

Tire chains are a lot of work, but if you need them, you need them.

Look up your receipts or contact your vendor. As Matt says, P/N's reveal a lot.

Aaah... beautiful downtown Winterpeg; a train track runs through it.

    ... and it's a balmy -24*C here.
