TW Express. Is there such a thing?

I take long trips back and forth to Florida all the time for business. It kinda gives me an idea why can’t I make a bit of money meeting up with other TW members along the way dropping off parts and put some gas money back in my tank. Had we ever try put together a little forum only for such need???

 

Yes, but I’ve never seen anyone (including myself) charge for it. It’s a favor done for a friend, not a service offered for pay.

 

Check out UShip, if your in a metropolitan area there will usually be several items people need transported all over that you do without a trailer. Pets, art and expensive items typically pay pretty decent for the work involved. Couldn't make a living on it but you could definitely pay for or at least save a bunch on fuel expenses.

 

My son's friend does pretty well using a site to offer up his truck for local chores. He is in college in TN, and moves quite a bit of items to and from dorms and apartments every semester.
