    You really shouldn't have to shut your OEM fogs off for oncoming traffic. Due to the beam pattern and aiming (assuming they're both OEM and aimed properly), they shouldn't bother oncoming traffic at all.

    Oh, and you should never run fog beams with your high beams - just in case that's a possibility.
