I have been plagued with an intermittent noise for a few weeks.
Finally pulled the belt to help identify the problem.
It was the tension pulley bearing...went ahead and replaced the Belt while I was at it.

Truck sounds like a truck again :)

    Aftermarket Belt.
The shop replaced only the pulley bearing, he punched out the original and taped in the replacement.
Was surprised, cause I thought I had to go to a dealer for a pulley replacement :)

The Dealer is a bit a drive.

I replaced the bearings in my pulley as well. Found the squealing bearing and got replacements on Amazon within a few days. Easy to do. Toyota pulley 110 dollars bearings from Amazon 10 bucks.
By the looks of it it was a lower idler.

How did you match up the bearing for the pulley from Amazon?

Pulled the pulley and carefully drifted out the bearings and center bushing. NSK brand deep groove type. Can't remember the bearing number. Each bearing number is equal to the size, seal type and speed classification.
