    Texas Off-Highway Vehicle Program:
It is recommended that you have a current Texas OHV pass on your vehicle if you wheel at Barnwell Mountain. They run $17 each and can be gotten at the park or from many other shops in Texas like 4WheelParts and more. It is required by state law and enforced by game wardens at all parks that accept state grants and in the national forests. The past two years I have not seen a game warden show up to Jambo to enforce this, but never hurts. Plus if you wheel... why not help support the continued use of the Off-Highway Vehicle Program in the state of Texas!

Hey I know this is probably sacrilege on the forum, but if I head out to Barnwell and stick to the 1 and 2 diamond trails, would I ruin my paint job with scratches? I haven't even made my first payment yet haha

You'll find the occasional branch sticking out, but you can always stop and cut it back or go around it if possible. Come on out and see what it's like. I guarantee that you can find an empty passenger seat for trail runs as well.

To be blunt... Get over it.

If you want to run trails you're gonna get scratches. Nature of the beast.

But it's so worth it. I had pinstripes and lost half my bumper before my first payment was made. No regrets. Jambo is fun af

Scratches are well earned battle scars. Have had them on my truck since month 1 of ownership.

I made it just over 1 yr before removing my rear bumper. 2 months ago BMRA decided it was time to get rid of the chrome. I'll have a new HC rear before Jambo 18!

You could always pay someone to spray your entire truck in the clear plasti dip for a lil protection. Im the same way cant stand the scratches but Its gonna happen if you go on the trails.
