I finally got my Tacoma, yes after 27 years and three daughters put through college I bought my Tacoma. This is my third Toyota pickup, yep before I got married I bought my first Toyota pickup. 1985 Toyota X-tra Cab SR5 pickup $9,285. if your old enough to remember this was the last year of the solid axle Toyota Pickup. Of course this truck was a 4 wheeling junkie. It went to Moab and spent plenty of time in the northern mountains of Utah. Three years later I needed to sell it to get married and buy my first house. Two years after I sold it my wife said it was time to get another one. One of our first dates was spent four wheeling up at Snowbird/Alta ski resort and it was one of the few times I buried my Toyota all the way to the axles. Thanks goodness for the Warn Winch. Next came the 1990 pickup, another X-tra cab with a 150hp V-6 $13,200. Drove this truck for 5 years and along came my twin daughters and no where for the car seats. So I sold the 1990 and now its 2017 and I went a got my Tacoma.
I have had it about 3 weeks and started adding the extras. It feels great!!!IMG_0304.jpg

Installed HID and LED lights for the headlights and fog lights, Tacoma letters on the tailgate, bug shield, ordered nerf bars and set of Weathertech floor mats to start.

Great truck! That’s the exact truck I’d buy if I traded in mine.
