2015 Toyota Tacoma double cab 6 cylinder 4 liter TRD Sport

Ok so its been arctic weather up her for the last 2 weeks in PA. Ive noticed in the morning when I start my truck the dashboard lights take about a additional 30 seconds to come on. If Ive been running around they come just about normal. Maybe a 5 second lag. Anyone else have this issue? Do you think its just the cold?
