I am working on a project and cant seem to find any info on the front ABS sensor Tone rings. Are they integrated into the wheel bearings ? are they the same front ABS sensors for 2wds as 4wds?

Any images would be apreciated, i dont fell like pulling a front wheel bearing to check the feasability of my idea if someone has a diagram that would be awesome.

    Thanks

front abs tone rings are within the front hub AFAIK. All the 3rd gens have the same suspension setup.

Outside of slight differences in shocks / springs, everything on the 3rd gens are interchangeable suspension wise. You could take the TRD PRO shocks and stick them on a base 4cyl if you were so inclined.

Ah so you were speaking to the mounting points and such. Got it. I still dont understand what that has to do with the tone rings though, unless OP is just asking because he's doing a SAS (which is kind of what I'm assuming because thats the only time I've heard anyone care about the tone rings)

he mentioned 2wd vs 4wd, all of them should be the same. Front hubs are slightly different but abs sensor location are in the same spot.
