I bought a truck with 2 of the 7"or 8" hella 4000 metal rim lamps I noticed there is a spot for a second bulb and some pics of these lights on the web show a small second bulb in the bottom part of the light. can anyone explain what this bulb does? there is nothing in there tho and the connector has 3 pins but one wire is cut off.

Looks like an option for a "city light" bulb size usually is 194.

Pretty much a parking light feature. A white 194 LED would look sweet in there.
