    3 inch lift
Hey so I have a 06 Tacoma and have had a 3 inch lift for a while now. I’ve been running 285 75 r16 since I’ve had the lift on stock rims and had to add spacers to keep from rubbing in suspension arm. I know spacers are a huge no no so I’ve decided upgrade my rims. I’ve found a set I want with 0mm offset which I hope will take the place of my 1.5 inch spacers. I wanted to know if anyone is running 285 75 r17 I know they will be about an inch bigger than my 285 75 r16. I have no problem doing a little plastic trimming but don’t really wanna do a CMC any thoughts?

I'm not sure if you'll rub the cab mount or not with the 285/75R-17 sized tires, but I can tell you how the new wheels are going to sit which may help.

Your factory wheels with 1.5-inch wheel spacers factored in effectively makes the dimensions 16x7 With a -8mm offset. The purposed 17x8 wheels (I assume are 8-inches wide) with 0 offset will sit just slightly further out (by 1/4") when compared to existing set-up.

Let us know if we can help you with the tires or wheels

I’m actually planning to order my new setup through discount tire. I’m looking at another size tire that may be better but it’s a tough find. Do you guys carry or have any way of getting a 295/70 r17 in a Nitto Ridge Grapplers?

Just heads up, your page states the acceptable rim width for these 295's as 7"-10" and Nitto's page says 7.5" - 10".
