What have you done to your Tacoma today? 1st Gen Edition

I would think so if it's only drips. If it's a big puddle I would worry. Mine just took a little over a quart of fluid after I drained the system. Just keep an eye on it. You'll be fine.

That's what prompted the hooker comment.

 

In the logging world hookers are our hook tenders. They hook chokers on a hook all day as well as set the chokers in most cases. Good ones a hard to find and bad ones usually don't get to ride home with the crew in the crummy at night.

At the moment I'm running 265 75 r16 all terrain, with a 2" lift (think that's what the coilovers are set at) but tomorrow I'm going with a 265 75 r16 mud terrain. I'm not getting any rubbing what so ever so I think you'll be fine on a 265 75 r16.

 

I have bfg ats on right now and going to mud also. Are yours BFG?

 

Switched out a couple leafs in my Alcan leaf pack today to move the rear axle forward 3/4" and center the rear wheels in the wheel wells. Definitely an interesting day.

So problem popped up,

Went to start my truck and it wouldn’t. All it does it click once, not like the battery is dead. I’m thinking the starter, does that sound right?

Everything else works fine.

 

Yeah, hence my pet peeve on proper rigging, charting and terminolgy.

I love seeing D ring shackles fold over from a hard side load. Lol.

I worked for PDM steel for a few years and my dad was a crane operator for 32 years. I rigged for him every weekend from forth grade to about 19. Then I went to work with him. I was a welder and rigger. I then quit and started falling timber for 15 years. Got smashed in 2013 and now I'm happy as hell running a dangle head processor Makin logs.
