South Carolina BS thread under new MANAGEMENT and lives in SC

I'm close to the beach, not worried about the fires Last time I was in North Carolina it was raining then froze.....yeah it sucked driving

 

Most of the time we get winter weather it's that and people think southerners can't drive in the snow. This is a rare occasion that it didn't rain and freeze before snowing.

 

Glad I left early to stay ahead of the weather...I figured it was going to be fucked afterwards with the ice and all but damn!

Crazy. Snow just to the south and just to the north.
Totally missed us in the middle.

 

Hope all them beautiful trees dont start coming down with the weight of the snow, they probably never seen this amount before

Too bad we didn't get the snow yesterday. I coulda used another day off.

 

So mad that it’s this unnaturally cold and we didn’t get any snow in Columbia. Parts of Sumter got 7” lucky bastards!

I moved here so I wouldn't have to deal with this snow crap oh well made it 3 years. Don't miss it. Drive home was interesting last night there was a mix of scared out of their minds the bros thinking they are invincible and one or two people like me driving in the snow like it's old hat just trying to dodge every one else.

 

We still got a bunch of people taking their vacation days, so it's slow and boring AF around here. Almost no point in coming in except someone has to be here.

Was in a store in Greenville a few years back when it was starting to ice up. Lady at the counter was talking to a customer telling her to be safe out there. Customer says oh I'm from New Jersey I know how to drive in ice and snow. I'm thinking to myself, they don't really put ice on the roads here. You're gonna be in a ditch in a hurry.
