That is a whole lot of ribs. How many people do you have in your camp out of the camera's view?

I vacuum seal in pairs for wife and I. But I cut them so thick I usually eat 1.5 to her .5 :D

My wife and I are so old that 1 steak and 1 tater and veggies and/or bread makes us a meal. Makes the food budget go twice as far!

That's what we "should" do and frequently discuss, but it never works that way. I'm greedy with a plate of food in front of me :hungry:

Same here, guess that means I am normal LOL thanks for posting that. I can only eat half as much steak as I used to only a few years ago.

Still in the teens below zero with windchills in -30 to -40 range. Finally warming up to the twenties on Sunday. Going to be grilling a steak then damn it going through ribeye withdraw.

Alton Brown just came on Good Eats and said that John Wayne ate steak. No shit.

What a fantastic picture. Love everything about that setup. I'll be getting away from the fuss of the city here in a few weeks. We're doing a cabin as opposed to camping, but you've inspired me.

I'll take #4 on row 2, please. They all look great, but the marbling and cap on that one is top notch!

Hard to argue with that. Either way, @Misplaced Nebraskan has an embarrassment of riches on his hands! Good problem to have.

I will be down in the area at least a couple of times in the first half of the year as my little sister is getting married and I'm in the wedding. If I can extend one of the trips by a day or two, we'll definitely have to meet (meat?) up for some BBQ and brews!

You know, if anyone is up for some fishing this summer, I know a guy with a boat in a really nice place up in Alaska. He also likes BBQ and beer.

    (Hint: It's me!)
