Will be leaving the bed rack and RTT attached together, and lifting it as one complete unit.

That's assuming everyone is a DIYer or wants to be one. People's opportunity costs obviously differ and that's why they can charge so much for the bed stiffners. Same thing with the PC example.

Seen this on TW before, so I was prepared lol. I had installed a white bulb (previously removed from the 3rd brake light) as a stopgap while waiting for the amber LEDs to arrive. That bulb fit loosely, so I wrapped some electrical tape around it to build up the dia. :D

Getting tired of the leak coming through the tailgate....

    The Gap

    My Solution

and then trimming of the thick portion so the tailgate will close completely.... still gonna re-cut a few more strips more neatly... and waiting for a good rain to see if it works

    Just a few LEDs...
I hope those amber LEDs work out for you. I'd like to know how bright they are and how close the color matches the DTRLs. (cause you know I like amber)

I went through a few different styles before I found some that were rated for continuous use for side markers. Most of the ones I found were apparently meant to be used only for turn signals (intermittent operation) and would overheat and dim.

I finally found these and have been using them for a couple years now.

Thanks! 40 is turning out to be rough, down in my back and therapy for my shoulder. I’ll get over it though!

If you think 40 is rough, just wait until you hit the big 50. I thought 40's were bad but they were a piece of cake compared to my 50's.
