Particularly for the 2018, can one put an aftermarket with NAV and get the backup camera to be integrated? If so, how difficult? Also any feature that would be loss going with an aftermarket audio besides the control on the steering (i am sure there is a wiring kit for them like previous generation)?

I want an SR5 4x4 with NAV but there isn't available. I know somebody sent me a link on the east coast that I could get NAV in a SR5, but a few dealerships I went to locally said no.

    Thanks,
    TT

Look here for the adapter harness here that will allow all things to be retained and then purchase a compatible radio.

A back step for when I get older, Carhartt seatcovers, 4Runner wheels, Topper, and "tats all folks"! --for now!!
Unless they changed the rules from the 17's you can get the Premium radio with the full nav (not "Scout" ) in a SR5 4X4. I know this for a fact as I checked out a truck equipped this way on dealers lot many times to make sure my radio upgrade in my SR5 would work -- it did and I love the premium upgrade!
Don't believe everything the sales staff tells you!

I wasn't thinking outside the box. On my 2012 SR5, I basically tossed my stock radio into the trash cans after sitting there for a few years. I am sure you can get one from the parts store and put it in.
