The new chassis fab shop has been busy building and doing re certs on a few Nitro Funny cars so I've not been able to get any work on my Camaro since late November

I still have the old 8 pt cage in the Camaro that is unsafe . the only thing I've had done at this new chassis fab shop is the rear bulkhead / package tray

The 25.5 funny car cage isn't going in my Camaro and im just staying with a 8pt for now but might add windshield bars later making it a 10pt . I couldn't afford a 25.5 cage and I would have to completely strip down the body to have it installed . I'm just going to stay with a small tire set up for now

Okay what hand on that gauge is what ???

Now see, that is why Con & I moved in here.... :hattip:

My HOA takes care of all that lawn care and actually the large tree pruning, we can basically create anything with plant material ( No Mike, No medicinal allowed ) and we DO NOT have the pool or golf course...

So my fees are NICE & small but dam it...:annoyed:

Just keep your retired nose in your own yard....:argue:

I am NOT going anywhere, to find this frontage and quiet at any price is rare enough ....
All votes are for the Trike but now Con wants to get her motorcycle permit :bikewheelie:

THis is why I said what I said. You were going to cut the cage out...

I did say that ... Duh !!!, what I meant to say is yes the current cage is unsafe do to my head being above the main hoop . the option is installing aluminum Kirkey seats to lower actual seat height by 5" which would get my head below the main hoop . If that doesn't work then yes cutting the cage out and redoing it

The red hand is the functioning one. The blue and green are just the high and low hands.
Ended up going down to about minus 14.

I hate sitting low in a car...
But since your a bean stock 5 inches is a big drop. I hope the seat fixes that problem..

Im 6'4 so anyone smaller would fit easily with the current cage configuration
