    Workin' on it....
    Having done that it can be difficult but it's possible.

    The "barbs" on the Deutsch connector need to be compressed in order to pull it apart.

    It's a huge pain but you can do it. I had to use a tiny pick to press in the barbs and then kinda wiggle it apart
