Anyone ever do a rear disk brake conversion? Does anyone even make a kit to do it? Just curious id like to look into it if possible

Do some searching....people have done it.

Personally - it's much more complicated than just slapping discs on. The master cylinder & proportioning valving is different and should all be swapped out. Not to mention, we have ABS & EBD systems on our vehicles. Make sure you know exactly what's involved before swapping to discs.

they should have put them on the o9's. the 4runners fj's and tundras have them. why not the taco?
