Those are the ones I used. Just be sure to buy the bolt thread size you want as they come in a couple of sizes.

Looks like these can be had for $2.92 each from McMaster, along with a few other styles including Stainless @ $8.16 each.. + tax/shipping https://www.mcmaster.com/#machine-table-t-slot-nuts/=1b1lf7p
    Fully threaded or partial threaded.

I haven't taken a measurement, but based off of the other ones people post - 9/16 slot width, 7/8 base width.

I was looking for t-slot nuts, as well, and found these at Hondo Garage, specifically manufactured for Tacomas. The nice thing about them, compared to generic t-slot nuts that can be had anywhere, is that the corners are beveled, so they can be inserted anywhere in the rail and turned 90º, instead of having to slide them in from the rail ends. A few bucks more than the generics, but free shipping. (And google for a discount code.)

Got mine a week ago. They're excellent, and metric!

Nice find. I have the Hondo radio knobs, and I'm going to get these too. Aluminium is better than the oxide steel coat found elsewhere, no rust. Fair price too.
