Truck throws a tantrum for 10 seconds on very cold starts? (video)

Turn your volume down its really loud and annoying...

When its like -30 out the truck fires up, after a few seconds this deafening screeching sound goes on for about 10 seconds then stops. I believe its coming from the drivers side. Its done this three times now, is it something I should be concerned about? Haven't had any issues lately... I'm assuming its a pulley/tensioner, or power steering pump? Thanks!

My truck made the same noise last week, I'm going with power steering pump as the noise changes if you turn the wheel.

 

Belt is slipping on the PS pump or one of the idler or the tensioner pulley's are going bad and locking up for a couple seconds.

 

would make perfect sense, i will definitely try that if i hear the sound again. its not gonna be that cold for a while now so haven't had the problem again yet.

does this mean i should replace power steering fluid??
