Im looking for a rack to mount a RTT on and I'm hesitant to mount a RTT, hilift, axe, shovel, and rotopacks full of fuel onto a rack the sits on the bed rails and attaches into the slider system in the bed. Can anyone post pics of their setups? I looked at the BruteForceFab cage that mounts directly to the bed frame mounts. But I'm not okay with spending $800-$1000 on a rack. Anyone have bedbars holding a RTT? My main issue is the fact that the bed is going to flex while offroad and I don't like the fact that all that weight is sitting on the bedrails. What is everyones opinions?

KB Voodoo steel bed rail caps should be a lot stronger than the plastic ones. I guess you can only get as strong as the bedsides themselves though.

If you're worried about bed flex, look into the bed stiffener brackets that mount in the corners near the tailgate. Several TW members make them ( @At The Helm and @Bentrodder off the top of my head). I think Total Chaos also makes them.

So if you have steel bed bars connecting to the sides of your bed you shouldnt get much flex, the flex comes from people that have camper shells. They dont have anything keeping it from flexing. A steel bed bar or bed rack will not flex. here are a couple pics of my setup over the years...

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
There is hundreds of people running a RTT with bed bars that is what 90% of people buy the bars for. We offer a full size rack that attaches to the bed bolts but frankly it's not needed in most cases. We have a low profile RTT rack that nearly every single customer who has ordered one runs just what you want to run and then some.

We also have smaller and lighter expo bed bars

I like your prices as well. Not a bad option for a RTT. Wonder if at 5'10 I'd be able to still walk under the tent when it's open. I may have to get some. I like your custom options as well. May have to order one. Gotta buy all these tools for work as well so I will be coming to order soon!
