    Hey all i'm new to ever owning a Tacoma , didn't buy it yet but i'm going to pick it up tomorrow 1/9/2018 and i'll be trading in my beloved 15 GMC Sierra which I love but i'm looking to down size to a mid size truck and I heard alot of good about these toyota's and I creeped on this forum for a few days reading up on them and alot of everybodys expierences with Tacoma's. I feel and hope it will be a good truck,can't wait to pick it up,it will be a White 2018 TRD off road double cab,short box automatic w/3.5 6 cyl.

    I not sure i'm going to like a few of the features it has like auto braking.auto hi beams lane change and blind spot alarms ,hopefully they can be turned off.I'm not into all this tech stuff.lol

    Yeah and the fact all that stuff means... Well nothing if/when you lift it... I started to wonder if buying a 2015 was the right choice when I started seeing all this tech stuff and blah blah on the 16 and 17. Now that I see what im missing and what im glad to be missing... I think I'm back to feeling happy with the choice. It's all opinion, but the 12-15 tacos are the sexiest to me haha and no tech bs. Just what it needs!

    dude nice truck!!!. and by the way they can all be turned off if you don't want them on, but in some situations they are very useful...i.e long trips or driving at night on long boring roads

    I can't believe how peppy this little 6 cylinder is,I wouldn't be suprised if this tacoma would smoke my Sierra in a 1/4 mile run !!!!!!!

    Already turned off the auto high beams,they were a PIA, and going to turn off the auto braking too,don't trust it. I want complete control of my vehicle.
