I'm going to add them to our next batch of parts, which will be in a week or two. We will keep you posted.

Oh, I like the sound of that! I've both a KBVoodoo rack and HiRise Crossbars that I use with a ShortBed with Factory Tonneau cover and would love to be able to better position them. In particular, I'd like to be able to position each closer to the tailgate. Let me know when you've got new brackets would you? Or maybe you were just talking about the mounting brackets for the box...

Hey, could you guys send me a link or copy of the installation instructions? My toolbox came in w/ some shipping damage (I emailed you guys) and I cannot get the door open. I'm guessing that the instructions are inside, but I was wanting to get the rails installed while I had all the other stuff off my truck. That should make installing the toolbox relatively easy later.

 

I ordered one today. I plan to build a pull out for the bed floor for my fly rods and equipment. This is perfect for my recovery gear and tools. Also probably put some d rings on the top for a cooler and such.

Just wanted to thank Chad for his quick fix for us bakflip tonneau guys. New brackets came in and everything fits great.

 

I like that idea a lot. It would have to have some sort of preventative stop towards the gate though. I forget to do most everything, so I am sure I would also forget to lock it into the rail and it would slide right out the truck when I started moving.

 

How?, the support of the snugtop covers the railing all around .

 

Could this work with three of your reversible crossbars? One aft, one fore and one right in the middle? It appears you have a cutout in the middle by the bed rail. I would have the three crossbars supporting a RTT and then have this toolbox tucked in underneath that. Thanks.

Yeah they’re pretty cool.

 

The box has to mount to the accessory rails, so it wouldn't work with a cover that occupies that space.

 

I installed my voodoo box tonight. A few pics of my set up with a ARE cx hd topper. I think it will work good for how I pack my truck.
