My dad has a 2017 TRD Off Road, and I am home on break from school, so we decided to get around to ordering a homelink for his truck. After installing and removing the homelink (it wasn't the OEM mirror; he is a picky old guy) we put the stock mirror back on and now his key fob does not work.

I checked all the fuses in the cab and everything is in working order. I am thinking the key fob, somehow, became unlearned from the truck?

    Any ideas?

update: It has been complained to me that the auto headlights are not functioning now
