Alignment looks off, but to be expected if you just lifted it. Any plans to up tire size or are you going to run the stocks?

The alignment is way off. That's still on the list of things to do.

For wheels I'm going to run the wheels and tires off my wifes 4 runner. They're just 265/70r17

Worked on the truck again today. Messed with the leafs more. I'm getting a hard lean today to the drivers side. It's about 1.5" taller on the passenger side. I added another overload spring, new center pins and new u-bolts

I did have the leafs on the wrong sides. Swapping didn't fix anything.

    Just for reference...
Yellow is the pass and white is the drivers side
    IMG_1012.jpg

Here are the new center pins I used:

    U-bolt flip:

U can also see the additional overload spring. I cut 6" off both sides of the overload springs off my old leaf packs for an additional 1" of height

Here's the link I used for the center bolts

    More pictures....

I put the taco lean spacer on. That leveled it out a tad

Also put the original hood on so it's a little more visually appealing

    IMG_1041.jpg

    Mismatched fender still :(
If you look hard you can see the damage along the passengers side body line right in the middle of the hood

Ripped off all four mudflaps. Scratches all down both sides 6112’s up front on 3rd notch 5100’s in back with Toytech 1” block Skids & sliders from SOS Concepts I got rid of the 1” block and put on Wheelers 1 1/2” progressive AAL. SPC UCA. Be sure your standing on the drivers side when reading the instructions! I swapped sides so many times that I can swap UCA’s in 15 minutes. I put in the 3/4” spacer to eliminate the Taco Lean, and just got my 4th alignment. Traded the OEM rims for 17” Sport rims and a bora bora 1” spacer. I got my Firestone 285/70/17 MT2’s. Pelfreybilt gas tank skid and hi-lift jack should be here Friday. Looking at bumpers, but I think they will wait for next year. So far I’m happy with my build. I’ve done it all myself, leading to a lot of cussing and frustration, but it’s all mine.
Where did you buy the spacer at?

I’ve looked myself silly for that spacer on Amazon.

    Help?

Finally got my leafs right and level. I pulled them out flipped them upside down and put the taller pack on the drivers side

Rear wheel gap from the hub center to the flare is 24" in the rear and 23" in the front.

For the leafs I did a "bastard pack" using my stock 2+overload 2nd and overloads leafs cut down to size in the 3+overloads leaf packs I got from @nazlax10. I cut about 6" off both ends of the leafs and used some grade 5 bolts as center pins

New bastard pack goes in this order:
    Main leaf from 3+overload
    Second leaf from 3+overload
Second leaf from 2+overload cut down 6" on both sides
    Third leaf from 3+overload
    Overload
Overload cut down 6" on both sides

In the pic below you can see the 2 cut leafs:
    IMG_1054.jpg

And here is is finally sitting level
