@5 Lug Fury may have a grinder to cut it up. It is rather easy to do it yourself

yes it is, mark some lines where you want to cut and cut away. Then paint

Not necessary some people on here have had it cut with no plate for awhile its up to you and CMC plates are a cheap purchase.
