I'll take your word for it. And for the record, I actually liked your F150 you posted. While the wheels/tires aren't for me, the truck and lift looked great.

It's been around for a while, just not in your area.

I don't really see it up here in WA, but i've seen it with the FL and HI folks. Not my style, just like the "hella flush/stanced" look as well, but I get it.

    Wow. This escalated quickly.

Drop brackets keep a factory like geometry. Retains droop or downtravel as well.

Not everyone overlands and I’m good with that. I like a tall flotation tire and a 6” lift is the best way FOR ME :)

The stanced, camber trend is incredibly unsafe. Some dude in Florida was racing in his Golf R with stretched tires with an incredible amount of camber, and he lost control, swerved into oncoming traffic, killed 4 or 5 people in the van he hit, and himself and his girlfriend. Literally the most idiotic trend on the planet.

I’m not huge on stretched truck tires, but it’s more safe than idiots running with 25% of their tires touching the ground

You are not wrong about it being unsafe, in the sense that only a portion of thier tire touches the ground. But associating stance/chambered cars to one persons action is the idiotic trend here.

I've had my car for 10 years, +100k miles and 7 of the years its been bagged and on stretch tires. Never been in an accident.

I think you’re taking my post out of context here. The idiotic trend is cambered cars with stretched tires. Your car is bagged, not static. Yuuuge difference

Not all of them have to. Many choose to make it look this way by installing wheels with a large negative offset. On my 2014 Silverado with a 6 1/2" Zone suspension lift and 1 1/2" body lift. I ran 35 x 12.5 x 20 Nitto Trail Grapplers. Not much poke beyond the wheel well.

If you were asking me. I was running the Fuel Krank 20 x 9 with a +1 offset on the Silverado

All in the wheel choice. I had a 7-9 FTS with full length coilovers to set me at around 8.5 on my 2015 LTZ. my wheels had a -44 offset on this build.

My Silverado was just about as bro as it gets. Purple lift included. Lol

Few inch lift with 34's. I'm happy, rides good, effective off road, and my mother in law can't get into it, so that's a huge bonus. Downside, my 4yr old can't get in either, so need to lift him into the vehicle once again. :/
