My wife and I hit adalbertos I Rocklin for carnitas. It's an hour drive for us but good carnitas.

Not up here that's worth a shit. There used to be a guy on Oroville that made carnitas in Saturday morning and it was the shit. He died and nobody picked up where he left off.
