Taking cold meds to treat the symptoms. About all I can do at this point! I'll make it, it's just going to suck till then.

Few years back I got swine flu the year it was big. Luckily I got on Tamaflu nearly immediately and I was only sick for 3 or 4 days. Gotten a flu shot every year since then though!

 

Thanks guys! Spend the week laid up on the couch, but I don't know if I can keep doing this next week. I'm hoping this will clear up by Monday.

 

I got that a few Thanksgivings ago too. It fucking sucked.

 

Bone broth, drink it. It's got a bunch of vitamin, minerals, antiinflammatories etc... That will help.

 

Sounds good to me. Can you find it in stores? Or should I make it?

I don't understand why that lifestyle isn't appealing to more people.

 

Either. Easier to just buy it. Usually it's by the stock, sometimes it's only in the natural food isle by the stock.

Making it takes like 36 hours in a slow cooker, or like 3 in an instant pot.

I've been replacing afternoon coffee with it. The regular chicken or tumeric chicken taste best. The beef one is meh.
