I mounted mine right above the cubbies. Use them all the time for the drive-in. I have them hooked up to a toggle and amp so I can turn them on when I want.

Here are a few more pictures. I cut the holes for the speakers and mounted them but had someone else do all the wiring. 20180112_110029.jpg 20180112_110557.jpg 20180112_110902.jpg 20180112_110938.jpg

This is something I am going to add in a couple months. I can't decide whether to hardwire to stereo or install Bluetooth, marine grade speakers in the bed. Either way they'll need power.

Really clean work, so is the bed switchbutto connected to the remote acc/on wire to power up the amp? Or what exactly happens when you push that button. I’m asking because I think it’s a really cool idea and I would like to do the same to my truck really soon

Pretty neat, nice installation. BUT, it is a pick-up. What do you do if you need to haul materials? If I treated my pick-up like SUV I would be in a 4R. Again, just me.

When I push the bed speakers toggle button lights up and it turns on the speakers in the back and when I push it again it turns them off. Not sure how exactly they wired it all up sorry

I haul things in the back of it when I need to, the speakers and the bed rug don't stop that. And when I'm done I just clean it up. Last month I used it to haul a half ton of rocks and just last week use it to pick up a bunch of plywood and 2x4's. It's not a work truck so it's not being used to do that type of stuff all the time. If it was I wouldn't have spent so much money on it and made it look so nice
