I have been as low as 5.6 Like I don’t have diabetes. However I’m not gonna eat like a bird or a vegan etc.I love meat and potatoes.

I’ve been experimenting with weather, food, liquids, work, fun stuff.

I do know for me checking myself is very unreliable.
I can check myself 1/2hour apart and not do anything and my readings are so different..
So I kinda use it as a guide ,not a OMG,.
Unless I feel “funny” it’s only a reference.

    Morning.
    All roofs are clear.
    51 right now.
    No rain just very damp.
    Slept ok.
Pain in lungs seem to be a lot less.
I caught this earlier than last year and it still kicking my ass.
At least I didn’t fall over or pass out at work yesterday.
Will need to get errands done soon before the weather turns bad...

I think I actually have the cold and flu. Cause I have every symptom of both.
Everyone in the shop is sick.

Yeah I’m not the best writer. The mismanagement part is trying to get a boat done so it can make the Miami Boat Show. They never plan it right, always a crisis.

I'm supposed to check 4X a day but that's starting to get old. Just checking at night and if I feel "funny" as you say. I don't usually feel anything until I get below 60.

My wife works for the local Health Department. Everyone complanes that the flu shot is not effective enough. These are people trying to do an almost impossible job, some years they hit it right on the head, some years not. This year was a not so much year, about 20% effectiveness.

You eat at night so if your hi you can’t do anything.
I use to check in the morning but I’m always high.
    The number is subjective.
It all depends on the situation.
I have been 60 watching tv. No problem.
i have been 90 to 120 working and feel like crap.
Fellow worker once told me, you feel off you eat. Number don’t mean anything.
I try to stay over 100. I feel my best that or higher.
