I have a feeling there's alot of Tacomas in your area that aren't on here. I know there have to be some other Tacoma or overanding sites in Va but i haven't found them either

How’s it going? Couple of us meet up here and there for cars and coffee and small things like that.

On a side note we’ve met before in Moab. I actually have some of your lights on my rig. Small world.
Sweet new build you’ve got going.

Nice couldn’t do a sub myself not my thing haha. Torn in between IDC and straight PA right now either way I would do MSCIPP for PA if I went the IDC route but I’ve been trying to get to the greenside or at least over to LC as I kick myself a lot for denying SARC program a few years ago. All my close friends are IDCs and keep kinda pushing me that route though just dunno if I wanna do FP all the time. Kinda a young buck myself just finally picked up 2nd after a little over 5 years.

If you can get the college prerequisites done IAW the OPNAVINST 1420 then by all means that. SFIDC is grossly undermanned right now, to the point they are denying retirements and pushing people to and past HYT. The community SFIDC community does not compare to the submarine community in regards to brotherhood and camaraderie. If I was as young as you are then I would strongly consider the SARC to SOIDC route as well
