Fog lights Light bar 3 in rough country lift Biggest set of KO2s I could fit

Hey guys,
I have a 2006 recenlty took out the instrumental gauge cluster to see if I was able to replace the lights from Orange to green. Turns out need different lights. However in doing so. I can't seem to get the fuel gauge to go back to its original setting. I've got it now where, when the truck is off it stops on "E" but when I turn the key it shoots above the "F". I know I have 3 quarter tank but can't get it to stop on that location.

Any ideas?
