2010 Tacoma Pre-Runner ADD-ON GPS/RADIO

I would like to exchange my stock radio with a new GPS/Radio. I called the local dealer and was told they don't sell anything like what I'm looking for that would accommodate my 2010 Tacoma. I did a google search and came up with a number of ebay listed items, all from Canada. (See below)

I'm pretty sure I'm not the first guy to want to do this. Anyone have any suggestions on where I can get a plug-n-play GPS/Radio for my 2010 Tacoma Pre-Runner?

 

Why not an aftermarket option?

 

I kinda figured I'm going to have to go with an aftermarket. Just hesitant to buy one from Canada without some type of review. Hoping someone will post a review/picture of one they installed and were really happy with. Appreciate the response.
