DCSB 4X4 Lift Questions

Anyone running OME 884 coils with the OME sport shocks on a DCSB 4X4(with stock bumpers)? If anyone is I was wondering how much lift you got with this set up. Reason is I got rid of my DCSB PreRunner and have a DCSB 4X4 sport now that's stock and wanting to lift the front to level it out without messing with the rear leafs.
