I'm don't know what controls that cluster, but if I'm lucky it might have something to do with the fact I had 1/3 inch think ice sheet over the whole truck.

Driving out of Washington Wednesday. Gonna head east through Idaho and Montana. I'll stop in Billings which is about 14 hours, then 8 hours to Denver. Finally getting back home.

Oh and I got my DD214, I am discharged from Active Duty and now officially a civilian again :woot: I'M A REAL PERSON AGAIN! haha

See all you gents soon

No no. But they are coming out with a hybrid 1500 similar to what GM has had for a while.. hopefully more of a mpg increase than the gm version.

New Silverado is looking pimp. Now if only domestics would price their shit correctly instead of $5k minimum above what they sell for, resale value wouldn't be so bad nor would residuals. But I'll be checking them out when they come out to see actual MPGs. Get me close to 10mpg better and I'll do it.

Supposedly there will be a diesel!

Well towing less than 2000lbs I was averaging 9-10 mpg. That means with the tacos baby tank I was usually filling up between 150-180 miles. Anything would be better I'm sure. Not to mention I don't think my truck saw 5-6 gear for more than maybe 30 minutes total out of a 25 hour trip.
