I used to load trailers when I was in college and learned a lot about locking things in and preventing claims. You should see the videos of what a 55 ga oil drum can do over a speed bump lol. I also was load master pits logistics bitch for an air racing team. So I go kinda nuts on loading and org. The challenges of an optimized operating shop requiring minimal setup and breakdown and maximum functionality is a very tough challenge. You have a lot of constraints right now, dude.

Nothing major, the sump pit does get water in it during large storms, but I have a truss system for ceiling joists, so it is all open above the sump so it can breath.

Finally making some actual progress. I had a plumber out for 4 hours on Friday, when I yanked the cast iron tub the original contractor had ran the waterlines from one wall to the other underneath it. The new tub did not have clearance for that. I also found a slow leak in a copper joint, so pulling the tub now seems like a justified idea! I can't wait to get the bill from the plumber :( IMG_3068.jpg

Lol, had a hard brake and swerve last night to miss a dear, kinda happy everything's locked down. I used to prepare pallets and equipment for transport by planes in the air force hence my love of cargo straps. I like his set up with the pipes, they could double as the bar clamps too

Probably already answered, but I have this saw and use it to rip full sheets (with the help of a second person on the other end). I also use it occasionally and it has never failed me. One thing that people complain about was the wobble in the folding legs. I found it to be acceptable as a compromise for the folding feature. A few others I tried had it way worse (craftsman, dewalt).

Fireplace up to code. Actually like it alot better than the first go around. Was able to reuse alot of it and still am at less than $400 all in.

    Thanks @tymbo for catching that.
