    I have a 95 Tacoma sr5 4cyl with two wheel drive auto.

I have only one speed on my blower motor, have replaced switch, resistor, blower motor. And only Thing happened was went from high only to medium only and started popping the 10 a panel fuse

hello, its extremely cold and my heater has but one speed and that is half speed. have replaced resistor, blower motor and switch and now with the switch in it blows my 10 a fuse for the panel lights. also its a first gen tacoma sr5 with a 4 spark.

If you have replaced all of that, and it’s still blowing a fuse, there’s likely a short somewhere. Not sure if a short could cause the blower to only blow at half speed though.

how do you tell if the relay is going bad? is it like a breaker that can get stuck in the on position and only emit half power.

I would think a volt meter would tell you, but I am definitely not a professional when t comes to electrical parts.
