damn I have to make that trip tomorrow morning and it's only getting wetter and colder out there. It's not unusual for them to shut down bridges around here.

Yeah, ice is forming everywhere. OFC the rib wants to do a Target trip while it's crazy out.

This reminds me of a time I was traveling home on 95 in a snow storm. I saw someone coming up fast on me from the rear, lose control and do a 360. He recovered and passed me. He wasn't totally lucky that day, about 15 minutes later he and another car were in a ditch. In this case I felt sorry for the innocent driver who had to pay a price for someone driving like a dick.

In no way am I saying @Tacowin1013 did anything wrong or is any kind of dick. Your story just made this pop back into my head.

Damn, hope they are alright. Everything's icing over where I'm at right now.

Pretty easy to happen when it rains all night then is in the 20s all day

Lol, don't get me wrong, I like to test out my cars capabilities in the country roads when I know no one is near me, but around other civilians, I would not put mine or anyone else's life at risk.

Anyways, this was pre-Tacoma days when I had my S4 with blizzaks. Just comes to show you 2x0 and 4x0 will always land you in trouble.

My trip to big H today was cancelled. So glad I don’t have to deal with all that. Drive safe out there.

It's iced up pretty good here in Baton Rouge. Roads were iced over good. They closed a bunch of the roads.... they did manage to keep the HWY 190 bridge open and it was pretty decent. Everywhere else though is slick.
