Weathertech floor mats, Bilstein 5100s front/rear, TSB leaf springs, Pioneer head unit, Mini D2S headlight retrofit.
I bought my '05 DCSB Offroad with 140k for $14k in 2014. No cool suspension upgrades but a Snug-Top topper included in the price. It needed about $3k into it between a lot of maintenance items, shocks, and tires though. I'm at 178k miles now and Toyota replaced the leaf springs in 2016, I redid the headlights a year ago.

    Too few to list.
Tacoma's, 4Runners, and FJ's shares components so it's very similar. 4Runners and FJ's have dual VVT-i so they have more HP and torque. 4Runner's weight about 400-500 lbs more than a Tacoma and FJ weights basically the same as a Tacoma. I do like the manual T-case in both 4Runners and FJ's better. No actuator to break. Also just finished paying out our 4Runner and will be getting another in addition before Toyota changes the drivetrain.
