Ok so I have a 2nd gen. I just got my speakers delivered and I pulled them out and looked and the crossover that came with the speakers is not what I was thinking it was going to be. Can anyone guide me through how to install these. I have never messed with speakers before. I was going to just run this off the the head unit and I was trying not to butcher the oem wiring up. I had ordered the tweeter connector through ********* and was going to use that to wire everything together but I don’t think that will happen now. Here’s a pic of the crossover and the speakers I have. Thanks in advance

Would it work if I bought something like this and used it instead of the crossover that came with the speakers?

The second crossover looks similar to what I used, the top one.,,,, i don't know how to wire that. All you should have to do is use your taco tunes tweeter wire adapter plug and run the pos. And neg. Into the in side of the crossover, then run the pos. And neg. Out to the tweeters and the lower door speaker

Next time order from Crutchfeild and they will tell you what you need and instructions on how to do it 7 days a week.

I did use crutchfield, told them what I was looking for and I ordered it. I don’t think they understood the ********* wiring adapter

That's unusual because they have been very helpful for me.
