I'm about to pull the trigger and order my lift. Thinking of doing 5100's and OME 888 and HS 3 Leaf AAL right now for my double cab long bed. My only questions are will I have to adjust my headlights with a 2-2.5 inch lift and or is there anything else I should do right away now that makes more sense?

I did the same exact lift on same size truck with TC UCAs and I haven’t had to adjust headlights. I would suggest switching UCAs. Youll probably have a hard time with alignment afterward if not and will help with any potential rubbing also.

Thanks for the info, I have been going back and forth on the uca's because I have read a lot of people who didn't use any and were fine where as others have had to install them. I plan to stick with 16" wheels and may go as big as 285 for tires in the future so I'm still torn lol

You’ll be fine without adjusting the headlights.

Edit: UCA's are not really "needed" unless your alignment is maxed out and/or out of spec. In my opinion, buy once cry once cause eventually you'll do it anyways.
