I noticed what sounds and feels like a deep vibration kind of resonance coming from the passenger side of the engine bay. My first thought is an exhaust leak but curious what y'all have encountered. It only happens when the engine is around 900-1200 rpms and is louder when accelerating but is there while coasting and idling as well. Any thoughts or has anyone encountered this as well?

exhaust heat shield. Go through (when cold) and tighten the mounting bolts.

If it's not the heat shields, check the air intake where it goes into the fender.
Remove the 2 bolts and hose clamp, when you take it out of the fender you'll see the cheap foam gasket they use.
While it's off, take it for a ride and see if the noise is gone.
This is what I found on my truck your results may vary.
