My personal space for mods

So I thought it would be a good idea and really fun to make a thread with my truck and my adventure doing all the things i plan to add to it.I will add everything I get as I get it,I may not add the parts as soon as getting them but will share my thoughts and plans as they happen and change. I would appreciate any feedback or advice anyone here may have for me.I actually joined this forum just for that, advice, support and thoughts. I'm a pretty open person to suggestions and will probably ask for some help and opinions along the way.I think at some point soon I will simply post a list of the things I would like and plan to do and see if I can get some feedback. I know there are plenty of threads with a lot of info specifically on my ideas, however this is my thread, about my truck and this will one day be an amazing reference and very enjoyable to look back on.I also do not habe the world's best memory due to a bit of a prior Tbi so this will almost serve as my journal or safe spot for me to look back on. I will post pics along the way,and at some point plan to get a gopro(which imo should come with these dang trucks)and even make videos and tutorials. So this is a mod thread.. not to be confused with a build thread....in the build threads.... I'm confused... mod on brother!! Until a Mod sees this and moves it...to the build threads..

 

Yeah something like that, not sure if that was meant to be helpful or sarcastic and just to point out that I'm wrong, but if i am wrong I appreciate it if that helps my thread get straightened out.Thanks for looking either way!

Well I'll kick off the received parts with this,showed up yesterday and I'm holding on to it for a bit before installing. I am upgrading my low beam and fog bulbs so I kind of want to do all of that at once while I have the front end apart. Not 100% sure but I kind of even like the raptor style lights I've seen, but then again there is a light bar kit for behind the grill that I think looks much better amd unique,it has an upper and lower light bar but im feeling that may be overkill. I have really liked the lower mount for the might bar that hidden behind the grill/bumer area!

 

So these showed up today!I have put some thought into it and think I'm actually going to order some yellow led lights for my fogs instead of the white that I just received. I ordered two pair, so will still use one pair for my low beams and use the other pair for my wife's low beams in the 4runner!I also think I'm gonna get some led 40w which is just a bit higher than the 36w that I will be installing in my low beams. Saw these on a friends truck and they look amazing. He sent me the link and they are actually on sale so I got two pair for what he paid for one. If anyone wants the link to them let me know and ill post it!
