I never said crossfit, I said mobility WOD. 15 minutes of a combination of foam rolling/lacrosse balls/stretching. If stretching and loosening up your tight areas is crossfit then I must enjoy crossfit

I broke down too and had a 5 piece chicken tender basket and a piece of pizza with dinner.

Dinner was baked chicken with brown rice and broccoli about 45 minutes before food showed up.

    F it, it’s winter. Haha

    Yours looks good though!

My bad, whenever I see wod I just assumed it was cross fit. Stretching and flexibility is one thing a lot of people lack (myself included). I need to do more of itsince I'm starting to feel more sore and stiff even though I'm only 26.

I'm only a year behind you and I'm the same way. I sit in front of a computer for work 8 hours a day, and then sit behind my laptop or screen at night for another few hours. I've finally started going to yoga again at my local gym (because it's "free") but they only have one class a day wednesday-friday so I try and go wednesday and friday. That in combination with these MWoDs, I'll hopefully see some flexibility and mobility improvement.

This is the site I use https://www.mobilitywod.com/ it's $10 a month, but I may or may not have signed up for the free trial, screen captured a bunch of the videos and cancelled the membership. I also may or may not have them to send to you if interested.

From my experience, the only thing the paid version does that the free version lacks is the ability to break down foods by micronutrients. Ex. on the free version you can see your daily sodium intake, but if you want to see a list of all the foods you added into the app ranked by sodium intake, you've got to pay...that's not worth the money to me. There may be other features, but the free version accomplishes everything I need.

    False. Ronnie Coleman.

That's what everyone says lol. My initial goal was to bench 135, which morphed into 225, which morphed into 315, which has now turned into 405. It's like a drug, broseph. Same with weight: when I started out, my goal was 150 lbs, then 175, then 200, then 220. Now I'm 220 and fat and I wanna get back down to 200 lol. It's a never-ending process.

All true. I was exceptionally tired and crabby yesterday :anonymous:

That's how it starts, brah...first you're using terms like WOD and double-unders...then you start kipping...next thing you know your giving handies behind your local box to afford the latest pair of Reebok crosstrainers.

Ronnie Coleman probably has goals for 900lbs.

    Isn’t the record like 1,200lbs?
    So much room for improvement.
