Hey, I bought these lights from a guy on this forum for 120, thought I got a good deal! Not so much, I want to use them with CBI ditch brackets. In the picture is everything he sent me, said that they were complete and would work for my application. I am not an idiot but there is not way in hell that I can see to install these. I bought a harnest and additional dually mounting brackets (40184) from Amazon, they don't line up with the bolt holes on the side of the cube. Every single light I have seen has the bolt hole on the lower half of the light. This one is in the middle.
I am pissed and feel like I got screwed by a well known member.
    Does anyone recognize this light?
Thanks in advance, I have pm'd this guy and text him tonight with no response. I don't want to bus roll him or complain, I just want put them on my truck.
I will be leary making any purchases20180119_234413.jpg here in the future.
    Thanks

those should match, bracket goes on the bottom of the light

the hex/allen bolt goes on the side

google ditch lights and look at how those lights are set up as its a little hard to describe

or if there is not cut into the light were a bracket would go on the bottom then yeah those brackets dont match

Heres an example of what I am talking about. [IMG]

I did and he said he sent me everything, I pressed him on them and he got pussy with me. It's not really the money, so I ordered the additional brackets and wiring for 50 and they still cannot be mounted. Do you know what the name is for this model? They are not current models available on rigid website or Amazon that I can see.

IMG_0273.png Not an expert on pods but I've never seen a Rigid pod with the Allen screw in the middle of the body like that. Normally they are in the lower section of the body like this.

    I'd simply contact Rigid directly.

Bingo. That does not appear to be a Rigid pod. Rigids mount at the bottom as mentioned. It looks like the face was swapped.

Agree w/others. It appears shenanigans have occurred.

If you decide to proceed installing these lights (as opposed to seeking a refund) you might contact the folks here and see if the U bracket you need to mount the light is sold separately.
